Tan Sri A K Nathan developed the company from modest structural steel erection specialist in Malaysia into a leading global organisation in undertaking turnkey contracts; delivering highly complex projects with innovative construction methodology for steel structures, power & petrochemical plants as well as composite and reinforce concrete building structures in the Asian and Middle Eastern regions. Under Tan Sri's leadership, the Eversendai Group has successfully completed the structural steel work for many high-profile global projects namely: Tower 2 of the Petronas and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia; the Burj Al Arab, Dubai Mall, Ski Dubai and Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE; Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the New Doha International Airport in Doha, Qatar.

Tan Sri has also been instrumental in establishing Eversendai's Steel Fabrication Facilities in Rawang, Dubai, Sharjah, Doha & Trichy with a combined annual capacity of over 150,000 tonnes. Today, Eversendai employs over 10,000 staff in 7 countries and operates out of 10 offices.

Tan Sri has won several notable industry awards which pay tribute to his contributions to the construction industry such as the Golden Construction Award 2008 from the Trade Leaders Club in Madrid, Spain; the Malaysian Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 from Ernst & Young and CEO of the Year Award in 2008 by CIDB. Tan Sri is also a prolific speaker and is often invited to deliver speeches at various seminars, forums, universities and conferences.

Narish first joined Eversendai Corporation Berhad, the parent company of Eversendai Offshore, in 2004 where he undertook many key responsibilities and secured several large projects for the group.

In 2006, Narish was posted to Qatar as General Manager where he set up a fabrication facility and managed numerous major projects.

Narish returned to Dubai in 2008 as its Deputy Commercial Director and following this, was promoted as the Country Head/Executive Director of the Indian operations which involved his representation across 4 divisions being Infrastructure, Engineering, Power and Fabrication.

Narish currently undertakes his role as the Chief Executive Officer, already securing significant deals as well as developing a new Yard in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring Eversendai Offshore growth potential for the future.   

Christopher is a new addition to the Eversendai family with over 30 years experience gained across the globe with major EPC players.

Having started his career in the UK including working in a fabrication yard on several North Sea platform developments Christopher moved overseas to work for several top tier onshore and offshore contractors in key project management and commercial roles on a variety of Oil & Gas projects in Europe, Far East and the Americas.

Most recently, Christopher has spent over 11 years with Technip in Abu Dhabi as Vice President Offshore covering the portfolio of EPIC projects and prospects in the Oil and Gas market across the Middle East.

Christopher’s role will be to lead the company forward in further expansion of the business model into a broader Energy based EPC portfolio ensuring sustained growth of the business unit.

Roy was appointed as the Finance Manager at Eversendai in September 2013, heading the Accounts & Finance Department for Eversendai Offshore.

Roy graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree with Honours from University of Hertfordshire, UK in 2003. After his graduation, he joined the audit function at Deloitte Malaysia.

Roy joined Eversendai in 2005 as an Accountant for Shineversendai Engineering Sdn Bhd, subsequently seconded to Dubai, UAE in 2008 as Internal Auditor for Middle East & India for 2 years, before being seconded back to Malaysia in 2010 to help with the IPO of Eversendai Corporation Berhad.

Suresh comes from a background of Engineering of EPC & Construction Projects and has as overall experience of about 25 years in the Oil & Gas Industry field. With the degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) and Masters in Engineering Management he has performed and managed several multi-million dollar Offshore & Marine Projects throughout his professional career. His skills extend from a range of FPSO Topside Modules, Platforms, Jackets, Living Quarters, Jack-up Vessels, Barges, Turrets, Tank Farms and several others.

Suresh also has extensive knowledge in Materials and Document Management ERP and the quality systems for operation in the field of Oil & Gas Offshore Engineering & Construction. After working in an Engineering consultancy in India, Suresh moved to the UAE in 1996 to continue his profession. In his previous tenure of 13 years at Lamprell, Suresh was instrumental in evolving the Jebel Ali engineering department from scratch to execute EPC engineering work with a team of more than a 100 Engineering staff in various disciplines.

Suresh is the new Head of Engineering Team at Eversendai Offshore and is tasked with building his team across Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and India to execute all types of EPC projects with state of the art 3D modeling design and management system.

Ravichandra, has combined experience of over 21 years in Marine, Offshore and Oil & Gas industries.

He graduated as Engineer form National Institute of Engineering, Mysore in the 1993 and joined Chokhani Shipyard, India for apprenticeship.

In the year 1995 he moved to Singapore to work for Pan-United Shipyard & Singapore Technologies Marine initially as Estimator and later as a Senior Estimator performing bid/proposal preparation for numerous Marine & Offshore refurbishments & Conversion projects.

In the year 2002 he moved to Dubai to work for Dubai Drydocks starting as an Estimator for numerous Refurbishment & New building projects. He took up additional responsibility of contract management for the Newbuilding Facility in 2004 and successfully completed it in 2006. He was promoted as Head of Procurement department in 2007 with overall responsibility for all procurement & material management functions of its Dubai facility.

In the year 2011 he joined Nakilat-Keppel Offshore & Marine to set up and oversee the estimation section. He took over a’4s commercial Manager of its Offshore Division in the year 2012 with overall responsibility of both estimating & billing sections. In 2014 he joined Eversendai Offshore as the Head of Proposals to oversee its set up and operation.

Dilip, with a degree in MBA/BSC/DME, has been with Eversendai Offshore since its inception and has been leading the Projects Department.

Dilip has over 22 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry as well as in other sectors, holding several positions.

Dilip has previously worked with several reputed EPC companies on a variety of projects in the engineering field.

David Kennedy has earned 40 years of fabrication experience in the shipbuilding, nuclear power generation and petrochemical industries in the UK and abroad. He has also been involved in the construction of deep-water including decks, module, jackets and sub-sea structure for the North Sea.

He has spent more than 30 years of his career in a project management role, planning, overseeing and delivering a wide variety of substantial and prestigious projects for the world’s leading engineering organizations across the UK and abroad, on time and to budget.
